KRAS, the mutation where Roche outpaces its rivals

On Sunday, Roche detailed its next-generation inhibitor against the KRAS G12C mutation, found in a share of non-small-cell lung cancers: a 44% lower risk of death than the Amgen and Bristol Myers Squibb drugs aimed at the same target, in a head-to-head trial.
